Research Interests
My experience in Dr. Martha Zúñiga's immunology lab at UCSC inspired my ambitions in medicine - to join the race to develop new treatments, and to pioneer their application in clinical and translational settings. As I prepare for a career in medicine, I am particularly interested in working with and learning from the leading medical researchers in the field of immunotherapy. At the Okada lab, I’m looking forward to exploring novel TCR- and CAR-T cell therapies for gliomas.
