Human glioblastoma in mouse

Understanding Immune Responses Linked with Progression of Glioma

Collaborating with the Costello Lab and other labs in the UCSF Brain Tumor Center as well as Immatics GmbH, we are integrating cutting-edge genomics, bioinformatics as well as peptidomics to develop molecularly targeted immunotherapy approaches in progressive glioma. This line of investigations also take advantage of the wealth of banked tumor samples available through the Brain Tumor Bank led by Joanna Phillips, MD, PhD, at UCSF Neurosurgery.
